Trivet, the much anticipated restaurant from the former Executive Head Chef, Jonny Lake and Head Sommelier, Isa Bal of The Fat Duck Group in Bray, will open its doors this autumn. Jonny Lake, Head Chef and Isa Bal, Master Sommelier, have always shared the same philosophy and passion for creating interesting flavour combinations and Trivet will be their first project together.
According to Eater London, the restaurant has all the ingredients to become one of this year’s biggest and most hotly anticipated restaurant openings.
The talented duo are offering a table for two during Trivet’s opening months and the opportunity to see the kitchen where the magic happens and a private viewing of the restaurant’s carefully selected cellar of global wines.
(Includes 3 Course Dinner with selected wine pairings. The table will be valid from Monday to Friday from November until May. Subject to availability and terms and conditions. Dates exclude: December 24, 25, 26, 31 January 1)
